On a JRE Clips Youtube upload published on April 15, 2019, Joe Rogan discusses a workout that I find very interesting.

Let’s quote him:

“Chin-ups, push-ups and bodyweight squats: you really don’t need much else. You can get a ferocious workout in with change-grip push-ups, chin-ups, bodyweight squats. Just those things…Bodyweight squats seem easy when you do 3. But when you do 100 they become very fucking hard…”

INVERTED ROW
